Come celebrate Juneteenth with us at the Brewster Historical Society Windmill Village as we open for the 2024 season.

The c.1795 Harris-Black House and Higgins Farm Windmill will open for guided tours and the c.1867 Hopkins Blacksmith Shop with its original wood forge will offer blacksmith demonstrations.

Information about the early history of slavery in Brewster will be displayed at both the Windmill Village and the Cobb House Museum. Both locations will be free of charge.
